The ideal coverage time depends on the size of the exhibition space, the number of works on display, and the level of documentation required. For exhibitions requiring individual photographs of each artwork, additional time is recommended for careful framing, lighting, and color accuracy.

1. Do you travel for destination photoshoot?

Yes. I’m available for photoshoots throughout New York, across the U.S., and internationally. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, distance, and duration of the project. For destination sessions, I’m happy to create a customized quote based on your needs.

2. Do you help with planning photoshoots?

Absolutely. I can help with location selection, timing, lighting, shot planning, and overall session flow. For proposals, engagements, portraits, and events, I’m also happy to discuss ideas and recommend locations or approaches that work well visually.

3. What is your cancellation policy?

A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your date. If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to the terms outlined in your photography agreement.

4. Do you offer prints or album design?

Yes. In addition to high-resolution digital images, I offer professional prints, photo books, and custom album design. These can be added to your collection or designed as a separate project. Please inquire for available options and pricing.

5. Do you provide videography services?

Yes. Video services are available depending on the type and scope of your project. For larger events, commercial projects, or projects requiring dedicated video production, I can also coordinate additional videography support. Please inquire to discuss your requirements.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to share specific poses, reference images, must-have shots, or creative ideas before your session. I’ll incorporate them while also providing natural direction and leaving room for spontaneous moments.

7. How long will it take to receive my photos?

Turnaround time depends on the type of session and project. Portrait and engagement galleries are typically delivered within 1 week, while event galleries are generally delivered within 3–5 business days. Wedding galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks, with sneak peeks available upon request.

8. How many edited photos will I receive?

The number of final images depends on the type, duration, and flow of your session. Most portrait and event sessions include 50+ professionally edited images per hour. Wedding and fine art documentation projects vary based on the scope of the work. Additional advanced retouching is available upon request for a separate fee, for clients seeking more refined and detailed finishing on selected images.
